The Hong Kong On Screen Fiscal Sponsorship aims to help Hong Kong filmmakers or artists make their media projects. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Hong Kong On Screen is eligible to collect tax-deductible contributions by donors in the United States and distribute them to selected artists. With rigorous oversight and extensive outreach, Hong Kong On Screen is uniquely positioned to help Hong Konger artists in need, ensure that the funds will be appropriately allocated, and support future Hong Kong cinema.
銀幕·香港融資援助計劃旨在幫助新晉香港電影人或創作人製作他們的媒體作品。作為一個 501(c)(3)非牟利組織，銀幕·香港能夠在美國收集扣稅捐款，再發放給精選的創作人。銀幕·香港將會致力把關並且善用網絡，協助有需要的香港電影創作人，以及適當利用捐款，支持香港電影發展。

Hong Kong On Screen is a registered public charity in South Pasadena, California. For U.S. taxpayers, amounts of donations made to Hong Kong On Screen can be deducted from your annual gross income for tax reporting purposes. This reduces your taxable income and lowers the taxes you have to pay.*

Against the erosion of local culture in Hong Kong, a Hong Konger filmmaker questions why a 1.5-generation Hongkonger-American has made it his mission to spread their hometown’s culture by building the only operational Hong Kong taxi in the United States.
