HOW TO FEST?
WHEN AND HOW IS THE 2023 INAUGURAL HONG KONG ON SCREEN FILM FESTIVAL TAKING PLACE?
The inaugural Hong Kong On Screen Film Festival (HKOSFF) runs from April 28 to 30 at the Starlight Whittier Cinemas Village.HOW DO I GET TICKETS?
Festival Tickets will only be available for purchase online and will not be available for purchase in person. Service fees apply to all online orders. You can buy tickets by clicking the “Buy Tickets” button on our Festival program pages once the button is available. After purchase, you will receive an email with your electronic ticket. Please make this available (PRINTED or DIGITAL) when you arrive at a film screening. You can see our full program at https://www.hkonscreen.org/festival.CAN I BUY TICKETS ON-SITE?
We hold a number of seats in the theater for Pass-Holders, so there may be extra seats just before the screening time. Please check with the tab Schedule/Tickets on our festival webpage to see if Rush Tickets are available for purchase.WHAT IS THE PRICE OF A FESTIVAL TICKET?
Tickets for individual screenings are available for $18 each. You can also experience the whole fest with the All-Access Festival Passes for just $130 and gain entry to all screenings.WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
All sales are final. No refunds will be given. Exchanges are only available when a program is canceled.IS THERE A PHYSICAL PROGRAM GUIDE?

Our venue is staffed by volunteers who can answer many of your questions. They help make the Festival possible by donating their time, so please be patient and don’t forget to thank them for their efforts.DO YOU SHOW PREVIEWS?
We do not show any previews. Screening starts within five minutes of the scheduled time. However, the Festival cannot be held accountable for late starts.ARE THERE NY PANEL DISCUSSIONS?
Yes! Come and learn from the pros! We will be hosting a few panels immediately after the screenings. Check our program for more details.WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT A SCREENING?
Incredible films that, in most cases, you wouldn’t get to see on the big screen outside of the festival, Q & A’s with visiting guests, VR experience of Lee Theatre, mingling, and FUN!HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR A SCREENING?
We suggest arriving a minimum of 30 minutes before the screening begins. When you arrive at the venue, there will be a PASS HOLDER LINE and a TICKET HOLDER LINE. Get in your corresponding line.
The PASS HOLDER LINE will be let in thirty minutes before a show begins. After all have been left in from the PASS HOLDERS will go straight to the TICKET HOLDER LINE and be left on a first-come, first-served 15 minutes before the screening.WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO A SCREENING?
PASSHOLDERS: Just bring your pass! Ensure you’ve picked up your physical pass with your name and barcode at our front desk. We will accept printed confirmations too.TICKETHOLDERS: Bring a printed ticket or use your phone to display the QR code for the screening or event. The ticket must be attached to a specific film.
